Reference Numbers
The numbers below are provided for part identification and cross-checking. Because kit listings can reference individual hoses, gaskets, or alternate port configurations, compare each individual part reference against your original components; listing together does not by itself guarantee direct interchangeability or indicate manufacturer identity.

Service & Installation Notes
General service guidance only. Use the service manual for your exact engine and exhaust configuration.
- Ensure the engine is completely shut off, cool to the touch, and secured against accidental starting before servicing any exhaust components.
- Compare the replacement hoses and gaskets side by side with the removed components, checking upper and lower exhaust hose positions, manifold-to-head port shape, and elbow-to-manifold mating surfaces.
- Clean and inspect all mating flanges and hose connection necks so that sealing surfaces are free of old gasket material, corrosion, or scoring.
- Support heavy exhaust manifold and riser components during assembly, and follow the engine manufacturer's service manual for fastener tightening sequences and clamp positioning.
- After installation, monitor the exhaust connections during initial operation; shut down the engine immediately and inspect if any exhaust or water leakage is observed.
The Serdamarine Approach
Exhaust parts need a configuration match. Serdamarine focuses on marine exhaust manifolds and their related service parts. Application details, connection requirements and public reference numbers are presented together to support part selection.
Questions Before Replacement
What is the difference between standard 3.0 and 3.0 H.O. when selecting exhaust service parts?
While both the Model 3.0 and 3.0 H.O. use the GM 181 CID 4-cylinder block (1991 onward), 3.0 H.O. applications require checking the manifold port configuration in addition to the upper exhaust hose, lower exhaust hose, and elbow-to-manifold gasket style.
