Service & Installation Notes

1. Ensure the engine is completely cool, shut off the battery switch to prevent accidental starting, and close any applicable water intake valves before loosening exhaust components.
2. Support heavy exhaust elbows and manifolds during disassembly, and clean all mating flange and hose surfaces thoroughly without gouging the sealing areas.
